Role: D365 F&O Functional Supply Chain (SCM) Consultant

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced D365 Functional F&O Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology to optimize business processes and deliver value in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. This role requires strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, along with integrated applications, to support the company’s pharmaceutical business processes.
  • Collaborate with business units to define and document current requirements for supply chain, finance, and operations functions, providing tailored solutions within D365 F&O.
  • Develop functional design documentation and work with development teams to implement customizations and system enhancements.
  • Conduct system testing for new releases, functionality updates, and customizations to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Train and support end users in D365 F&O functionalities and processes, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the system’s capabilities.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues related to D365 F&O and other related systems.
  • Stay updated on D365 F&O developments and pharmaceutical industry trends to recommend system improvements and process optimizations.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in a functional consulting role.
  • In-depth understanding of D365 F&O modules, especially supply chain, finance, and operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
  • Familiarity with best practices in distribution and supply chain management, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) and integrations with D365 F&O.
