Summary Description:
As the Workday Financials Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert and strategic lead for all things Workday Financials. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and IT to ensure the optimal performance, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of the Workday Financials platform.

Requirements Description:
  • Lead the ongoing maintenance, support, and optimization of Workday Financials, including modules such as Core Financials, Procurement, Expenses, and Reporting.
  • Partner with business leaders and technical teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
  • Manage system updates, enhancements, and integrations to improve financial processes and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user support resources.
  • Oversee governance, data integrity, and compliance across Workday Financials operations.
Experience Description: 
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials, including implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and controls, particularly within a tech or data-driven organization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
