Your Role
As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant – German Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, developing, and optimizing SAP HCM solutions for German Payroll. Your deep technical expertise and fluency in German will enable you to deliver tailored solutions that align with the local regulatory landscape and client-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM solutions with a strong focus on German Payroll.
  • Configure and customize SAP Payroll to meet legal, tax, and operational requirements specific to Germany.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and design optimal HR and payroll solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM with broader organizational systems and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on support, troubleshoot issues, and manage ongoing system maintenance for German Payroll.
  • Document project requirements, configurations, and test plans while ensuring compliance with best practices.

Your Profile
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (mandatory) and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on SAP HCM experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on deep configuration of German Payroll.
  • HR Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, payroll legislation, and compliance requirements in Germany.
  • Development Skills: Strong expertise in frontend and backend development technologies, with the ability to design user-friendly applications.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical and solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and stakeholder management skills, combined with the ability to work independently.
