Full Time Job Opening: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central Focus)

Location: Fully remote within Europe (Germany preferred)

Overview: We are seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to join a dynamic team focused on implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The role will primarily focus on Employee Central, but experience with other modules is also valuable. This is a fully remote position, but candidates based in Germany are preferred for potential team collaboration and occasional office visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (or other modules).
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Provide guidance and best practices on SuccessFactors functionality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with other SAP modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central experience is highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, workflows, and processes.
• Experience with SAP integrations and data migration is a plus.
• Fluent German (C1+/Native level) is required.
• Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with international teams.
• Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors are preferred but not required.
