Beschreibung der Zuweisung
Wir suchen einen Business Analysten, der das Anforderungsprogramm und die dazugehörige Wunschliste für eine Ausschreibung über eine Plattform zur Speicherung und Verwaltung digitaler Lernmaterialien aktualisiert. Diese Aufgabe ist Teil eines strategischen Ausschreibungsprojekts im Bildungsbereich und wird von unserem internen Business Partner & Analysis Team durchgeführt.
Der Business Analyst wird die Aktualisierung, Strukturierung und Vervollständigung des Anforderungskatalogs und der Wunschliste unterstützen und sicherstellen, dass diese eine solide Grundlage für den Ausschreibungsprozess bilden. Bestehende Dokumente werden überprüft und verfeinert, während neue Erkenntnisse und organisatorische Anforderungen eingearbeitet werden.
Zu den wichtigsten Aufgaben gehören die Aktualisierung des Anforderungskatalogs, der Entwurf und die Verfeinerung funktionaler und nicht-funktionaler Anforderungen, die Ermittlung der Bedürfnisse der Stakeholder, die Organisation und Moderation von Workshops und Arbeitssitzungen sowie die Umsetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in konkrete, überprüfbare Anforderungen. Die Koordination mit den Teams in den Bereichen Bildung und IV ist ebenfalls erforderlich.

- HBO/WO Arbeits- und Denkniveau
- Umfassende, nachweisbare Erfahrung mit Ausschreibungsverfahren
- Erfahrung mit der Erstellung von Anforderungsprogrammen (funktional und nicht-funktional)
- Starke Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management und in der Anforderungsanalyse
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit und eine teamorientierte Denkweise
- Geschickt in der Organisation und Moderation von Workshops
- Starke analytische und strukturierte Herangehensweise an die Formulierung von Anforderungen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Bildungssektor ist ein großes Plus
