Business Analyst

Im Auftrag eines Kunden mit Büros in Luxemburg suchen wir einen Business Analysten für ein 9-monatiges Projekt mit wahrscheinlicher Verlängerung.

Erfahrung des Bewerbers:

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Digitalisierung/Automatisierung und Prozessmanagement;
* Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich der Benutzerunterstützung;
* Gute Kenntnisse und Verständnis von Finanzprodukten.

Der Berater muss seine Kompetenz nachweisen in:
* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-/Präsentationsfähigkeiten (Niveau B2 in Englisch);
* Beherrschung von MS PowerPoint.

Umfang:
* Führen Sie Geschäftsanalysen durch, sammeln Sie detaillierte Anforderungen von allen Beteiligten und führen Sie Analysen durch;
* Nehmen Sie an User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teil und dokumentieren Sie die Ergebnisse;
* Erleichtern Sie die Kommunikation und Meetings mit der IT und anderen Support-Teams;
* Organisieren Sie Präsentationen und pflegen Sie die GCP-Dokumentation;
* Bieten Sie Benutzersupport an und verwalten Sie das Ticketing-System;
* Tägliche Überwachung der Mailbox, Bearbeitung der eingehenden Anfragen, Durchführung von Nachforschungen und Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Unternehmen und der IT-Abteilung, falls erforderlich;
o Führen Sie einen Katalog der ausstehenden Probleme (Beschreibung, Priorität, Aussichten auf Lösung)
o Nehmen Sie an regelmäßigen Meetings teil, um künftige Verbesserungen/Projekte für die betreffende Anwendung zu planen und Lösungen zum Abbau des Rückstands zu finden;
o Kommunizieren Sie regelmäßig mit den Geschäftsanwendern, um sie über ihre Probleme zu informieren und die Prioritäten und Statistiken zu erfahren.

On behalf of a client with offices in Luxembourg, we are lookging for a Business Analyst to work a 9 month project with likely extensions. 

Candidate experience:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in digitalisation/automation and process management;
* Proven experience in the user support area;
* Good knowledge and understanding of financial products.

The consultant must demonstrate competence in:
* Excellent communication/presentation skills (level B2 of English);
* Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.

Scope:
* Conduct business analysis and collect detailed requirements from all stakeholders and perform analysis;
* Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document the results;
* Facilitate communication and meetings with IT and other support teams;
* Organize presentations and maintain GCP documentation;
* Provide user support and manage the ticketing system;
* Daily follow-up of the mailbox, address the incoming requests, carry out investigations and liaises with business and IT where necessary;
     o Maintain catalogue of outstanding Issues (description, priority, prospects for resolution)
     o Participate to regular meetings to plan future improvements/projects on the related-application and identify solution to reduce the backlog;
     o Communicate regularly with the business users to inform them about their issues and get the priorities, statistics.
