Job Overview

As a Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for our clients. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from one of our offices in Poland (e.g., Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Gdańsk) and remotely, collaborating with global teams and clients to deliver high-impact financial management solutions. You will leverage your expertise in finance processes and D365 F&O to design, deploy, and support tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial business processes and requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, focusing on modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank Management.
• Conduct workshops, provide training, and offer expert guidance to clients on best practices in financial management within D365 F&O.
• Perform system customizations, integrations, and data migrations as needed to align with client specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of D365 F&O finance modules post-implementation.
• Document processes, configurations, and deliverables to maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX) in a finance-focused consulting role.
• Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., GL, AR, AP, budgeting, financial reporting) and their implementation in D365 F&O.
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and user training.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance (e.g., MB-310) are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken) to collaborate with local and international stakeholders.
