Client: Global manufacturing & wholesale company specializing in outdoor adventure equipment

Project Overview:

Join a greenfield D365 Finance & Operations implementation for a global leader in outdoor gear. The client operates primarily across the USA, with core operations in California. This is a high-impact role within a collaborative delivery team focused on financial transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finance workstream for the D365 F&O implementation

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs

• Configure and customise Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting)

• Support data migration, UAT, and go-live activities

• Collaborate with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders

• Provide post-go-live support and knowledge transfer

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in D365 F&O Finance consulting

• Proven track record in greenfield or full-cycle implementations

• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting standards

• Experience with intercompany accounting, tax setup, and multicurrency

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Willingness to travel to California as needed
