Summary Description: --- Polish fluency is mandatory, Functional, hands-on  position for Polish SFSF Employee Central consultant. Freelance, remote, CET +1 working time, 6 months + extensions, ASAP start 

Role Type: Contract/Per/Fixed Term --- Contract, T&M/freelance

Start Date: Immediate/1 month/other: --- ASAP 

Salary: Day Rate+expenses/Package: --- Hourly pay, time & material contract

Location/Language: --- Remote, Europe (Central Europe/Eastern Europe), CET time zone or CET +1 and Polish/English working languages. Quarterly travel to customer site may be required.

3-4 E2E lifecycle implementation of SAP HCM and SAP SFSF for Poland
Polish language fluency
Immediate availability
Knowledge and expertise within local labour laws

Tasks Description: ---
Advise customer on best approach
Laiaise with stakeholders
Implement, customise and configure SFSF EC
Push latest SFSF adoptions
Advise on local labour laws
Advise on legislation and implementation implications
Analyse and help keep project on time/budget

Essential Skills/Experience Description: ---
Certified HR professional
Polish language 
Polish localization knowledge
Polish laws/legislation expertise
Customise or configuring skills are essential

Desirable Skills/Additional Information Description: ---
basic debugging in ABAP is good to have
ABAP coding is a plus but not mandatory
CPI or similar always beneficial
Additional sub-modules of SFSF is nice to have
