IAM Engineer – CyberArk

Client is planning a significant IAM hiring push (~8 roles total) across CyberArk and SailPoint
All roles are third-line, hands-on engineering positions (not support / second-line)
Engineers must be able to:
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement IAM changes and enhancements
- Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues
- Document technical work and system changes
- Operate and maintain enterprise IAM platforms
Team is distributed across Amsterdam, London, Paris, and Brussels
Hybrid working model: 2 days per week in local office (approx. 8 days/month)
Occasional travel required to Brussels for team meetings
Hiring approvals are in place or imminent, with roles expected to go live shortly
Interviewing expected to begin in early May (likely the week after next)
Onboarding timelines will depend on candidate availability
Strong preference for cost alignment with existing benchmark profiles (e.g., Hisham-level equivalent pricing)
Higher rate expectations may be difficult to approve
Client already has a mix of long-term contractors in place
Looking for immediately impactful, senior-level IAM engineers
You will be sending 10–12 CVs as an initial shortlist ahead of requisitions going live
Client will review CVs once roles are formally opened and confirm interview interest
Follow-up expected next week once reqs are live and CVs have been reviewed
