Lead Delivery Architect – 12‑Month Contract

Overview

As the Lead Delivery Architect, you will guide the end‑to‑end technical delivery of complex platform and cloud solutions. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure architectural integrity, delivery excellence, and alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the architectural vision for major delivery streams

• Lead technical design sessions and ensure best‑practice implementation

• Oversee delivery execution across engineering teams

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectural solutions

• Provide technical governance, risk identification, and mitigation strategies

• Collaborate with Platform, Automation, Security, and SRE teams

• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Strong background in architecture within cloud or enterprise environments

• Proven experience leading technical delivery in complex organisations

• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills

• Dutch‑speaking

• Ability to work 1–2 days per week on‑site in Amstelveen
