Our client is a global logistics group operating in over 10 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, are seeking an experienced Business Central Developer with expertise in Tasklet Factory (Mobile WMS) and LS Retail to support this rollout. The role involves designing, customizing, and implementing Business Central across international operations, turning complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in and support the migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV and SAP to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Develop and customize Business Central applications and extensions using AL and Visual Studio Code.
• Configure and optimize Tasklet Factory (Mobile WMS) and LS Retail to meet business and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and consultants to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Business Central and other internal or third-party systems.
• Support data migration, system testing, and user training throughout the implementation process.
• Provide ongoing system maintenance, performance optimization, and troubleshooting post go-live.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central development.
• Strong technical skills in AL and C/AL programming.
• Proven experience implementing and customizing Tasklet Factory (Mobile WMS) and LS Retail.
• Solid understanding of ERP processes in retail, logistics, inventory, and finance.
• Experience with API integrations, data migration, and web services.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Jet Reports, or similar BI/reporting tools.
