A fast-growing, internationally active Microsoft Solutions Partner specializing in Dynamics 365, Business Central, and the Power Platform is seeking a D365 Business Central Specialist fluent in Polish, English, and either Dutch or German to join the team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of D365 Business Central implementations: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions
• Customize BC using native tools or extensions
• Deliver training, documentation, and post-go-live support
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, coordinating with development teams as needed
• Work with project managers and cross-functional consultants to ensure project success
• Contribute to best practices and knowledge-sharing within the ERP team

• Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft NAV
• Strong functional understanding of BC financials, supply chain, or operations modules
• Language requirements:
  • Polish: fluent
  • English: fluent
  • Dutch or German: professional working proficiency
• Client-facing or consulting experience
• Ability to analyze business processes and propose ERP solutions

Preferred Skills

• Experience with D365 Project Operations or project accounting modules
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform
• Basic AL development knowledge or experience with BC extensions
• Microsoft certifications in Business Applications
