Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) CEMLI Developer with strong functional and technical expertise in Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Supply Chain (PO, INV, OM), and Manufacturing (WIP, BOM, Costing) modules. The role involves developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle EBS R12 applications through CEMLI (Configuration, Extension, Modification, Localization, Integration, and Reports) components, ensuring seamless alignment with business processes and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Design & Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy CEMLI components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) in Oracle EBS R12.

• Build and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and APIs.

• Develop custom reports and dashboards using Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, or OTBI.

• Implement and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems via APIs, Web Services, or middleware tools (e.g., SOA, OIC).

• Work with functional consultants to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Support & Maintenance

• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions.

• Perform impact analysis, root cause analysis, and regression testing for changes and upgrades.

• Manage patching and upgrade activities related to custom developments.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing users.

• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, test cases, and user documentation.

• Participate in code reviews, version control, and deployment processes following best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 development (11i experience is a plus).

• Strong expertise in CEMLI development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).

• Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, OA Framework, and Workflow Builder.

• Experience with API integrations and Oracle Application Object Library (AOL).

• Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customizations and personalization.

• Experience with Unix shell scripting, FTP, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

• Understanding of Oracle Application architecture, concurrent programs, and data models.

Functional Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of key EBS modules:

• Finance: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM

• Supply Chain: PO, OM, INV

• Manufacturing: BOM, WIP, Costing
