PEGA LDA - Banking - Start ASAP - Long Term contract - EU Based - Lead Decisioning Architect - PEGA 

Next Ventures seeks an experienced Lead Decisioning Architect to take ownership of Delivery of a key project based in the EU. This is a long term project of up to three years.

We are seeking a seasoned individual with experience of the following:

The successful candidate will:
Own the target-state decisioning architecture and design of the Next-Best-Action framework across the organization within Pega Customer Decision Hub.

Ensure arbitration logic, engagement policies and decisioning strategies are scalable, coherent and aligned with business value objectives. Act as the primary authority for decisioning design and provides architectural governance across delivery, migration and operational streams.

Key responsibilities:

- Define and maintain the target decisioning architecture in Pega CDH
- Design arbitration frameworks, prioritization models and engagement policy governance
- Ensure consistency and integrity of NBA structure (Actions, Treatments, Channels)
- Actively collaborate with teams responsible for campaign migration and offer maintenance to ensure architectural consistency and prevent legacy logic replication
- Review and approve decisioning strategy designs before implementation
- Provide architectural guidance during offer redesign and migration initiatives
- Ensure scalability, performance and maintainability of decisioning runtime
- Support resolution of complex decisioning issues and production incidents
- Participate in root cause analysis of strategic decisioning defects
- Act as a coach and mentor to Decisioning Specialists, System Architects and Operations teams
- Develop internal competencies in arbitration logic, engagement policies and NBA best practices
- Establish decisioning standards, reusable patterns and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with Business, Product and Marketing to align strategy with technical decisioning capabilities
