I’m supporting my client in their search for an experienced ServiceNow Product Owner to join their ongoing transformation programme. The focus will be on Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules, driving roadmap, requirements and stakeholder alignment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Product Owner experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of CSM & ITOM modules
• Ability to liaise with business & technical stakeholders, shaping backlog and ensuring delivery
