SAP Data Migration Lead

SAP Data Migration Lead (Japanese speaker) - remote working

My client in Japan is looking for an SAP Data Migration Lead with the following experience:-

Practical experienced & strong SAP S/4HANA data knowledge (Business Partner, Material, Finance)
End-to-end data migration strategy & planning (scope, waves, mock loads, cutover)
Data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment leadership with business ownership
Migration tooling expertise (Migration Cockpit, BODS, MDG, LTMC, custom loads)
Data mapping & transformation from legacy systems to S/4 standards
Data validation, reconciliation & sign-off with quality metrics
Data governance & compliance (ownership, lineage, audit readiness)
Cutover & go-live execution including delta loads and hypercare
Stakeholder management & team leadership across IT and business
Risk, issue, and dependency management with executive reporting
