We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Manager / Senior Manager to lead and deliver SAP Finance transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in finance and accounting processes, coupled with strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, and optimisation projects. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to design, configure, and implement scalable SAP Finance solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, global rollouts, system enhancements, and transformation programmes
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions
• Configure and support SAP Finance modules, including
• General Ledger (GL
• Accounts Payable (AP
• Accounts Receivable (AR
• Asset Accounting (AA
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA
• Conduct system configuration, testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP MM, SD, PP, and other modules to ensure seamless end-to-end business process integration

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SAP FICO configuration, implementation, and application support
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting processes
• Proven experience integrating SAP Finance with other SAP modules, particularly MM and S
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including migration or transformation projects, is highly desirable
• Ability to create detailed functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on custom development
