The Role

The company is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant (Belgium) to deliver high-quality payroll solutions for Belgian clients. The consultant will be responsible for both technical and functional implementation, applying country-specific payroll expertise to ensure accurate and compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to solution design, configuration, and go-live activities.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in the configuration of OM/PA/PY/TM modules.

• Provide expert guidance to functional and technical team members.

• Act as the key point of contact for payroll-related functional issues.

• Build trusted relationships with clients and ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven SAP Payroll (PY) implementation experience, preferably in Belgium.

• Strong understanding of Belgian payroll legislation and local processes.

• Excellent configuration and implementation skills across SAP HR modules.

• Effective communication and client-facing consulting experience.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in dynamic environments.

• Fluent in English, with French or Dutch considered a strong advantage.
