The Role

This position focuses on delivering SAP Payroll solutions for clients in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on SAP Payroll configuration experience, deep understanding of Dutch payroll, and the ability to work directly with clients in a consulting capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP Payroll (PY) for Dutch clients.

• Support end-to-end project activities from design to post-implementation.

• Provide best-practice recommendations and resolve complex payroll issues.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams across Europe.

• Take ownership of quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Requirements

• SAP PY implementation experience, particularly with Dutch payroll.

• Understanding of Dutch payroll rules and tax regulations.

• Strong consulting and communication skills with client-facing experience.

• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with client relationship management.

• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel to client sites in the Netherlands as needed.
