SAP WalkMe Consultant / Trainer – S/4HANA

Location: Espoo, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden preferred; open to candidates across Europe
Engagement: 6–12 months initially
Start Date: ASAP, ideally mid-September; candidates available within the next couple of months will also be considered
Travel: Travel expenses to be negotiated
On-site: Required during critical implementation phases, particularly in Espoo or Stockholm
Language: English – mandatory

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP WalkMe Consultant / Trainer to support the implementation of a new WalkMe solution within a regulated industry environment.

The organisation is preparing to introduce WalkMe integrated with SAP S/4HANA and EWM and is building internal capability around the solution. The successful candidate will work hands-on with the internal team, supporting implementation while also helping to establish long-term in-house WalkMe competence.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines strong SAP and WalkMe experience with the ability to act as both a consultant and trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the internal team with the implementation of the new SAP WalkMe solution.
• Provide hands-on configuration, implementation and consulting expertise.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA and EWM environments.
• Help integrate and deploy WalkMe across relevant SAP processes.
• Advise the internal team on WalkMe best practices, adoption and user experience.
• Develop internal knowledge and capability so the organisation can manage WalkMe independently over time.
• Create and deliver training for internal teams and users.
• Support key implementation and deployment phases, including on-site activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve SAP user adoption and business processes through WalkMe.
• Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to the internal ERP team.
