Requirement:
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on assisting clients with the setup and installation of technology tools and products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BRIM, and AGILE delivery methodologies, along with a strong blend of technical and business acumen. This role requires a proactive leader capable of navigating complex situations and ensuring successful deployment of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of 25-30 consultants in delivering high-quality technology setup and installation services to clients.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and end users to plan, configure, and develop systems that meet organizational objectives.
• Deployment Oversight: Coordinate the deployment of programs and systems, ensuring minimal disruption and a smooth transition for all parties involved.
• Issue Resolution: Understand and analyze issues raised by technical and functional teams, providing guidance and support to resolve challenges effectively.
• Ambiguity Management: Respond promptly to leadership requests, particularly in ambiguous or complex situations, ensuring clear communication and action.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in Service Delivery Manager roles, with a proven track record in leading teams and managing complex projects.
• SAP Expertise: Must possess hands-on experience with the latest SAP delivery, specifically S/4 HANA and SAP BRIM.
• AGILE Methodology: Strong experience in AGILE delivery for SAP, demonstrating the ability to manage iterative development and collaboration.
• Incident Management: Familiarity with incident management processes and tools to effectively address and resolve issues.
• Technical Skills: A solid technical background, preferably with ABAP knowledge, and experience in at least two or more SAP ERP modules.
• Business Acumen: Ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs, translating requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Technology Savvy: Keen awareness of emerging technologies and trends within the SAP ecosystem.
