Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) & Skill Taxonomy

• Design and configure TIH Skill Taxonomy frameworks aligned with client job architecture and business strategy
• Drive AI-powered skill inference, skill gap analysis, and talent matching using SAP Joule and TIH capabilities
• Govern skill library taxonomy — define skill clusters, proficiency levels, and taxonomy hierarchies

LMS Migration to SF Learning (LMS)

• Lead end-to-end migration of existing LMS functionality to SAP SuccessFactors Learning (SF LMS)
• Define learning item libraries, curricula, assignment profiles, and online content strategies
• Configure integration between SF LMS and Talent Suite modules (PMGM, SPCDP) for development plan linkage

Succession Planning & Heatmaps (SPCDP)

• Configure succession org charts, talent pools, and nomination workflows in SF Succession & Development
• Design and deploy succession heatmaps — 9-box, readiness matrices, and flight-risk visualizations
• Integrate succession data with TIH for AI-driven successor recommendations

Performance & Goals Management (PMGM)

• Configure end-to-end Performance Development Review (PDR) process — form templates, rating scales, workflows, and calibration
• Design Goal Plans aligned to organizational strategy and cascading objectives
• Support continuous performance enablement — check-ins, 360 feedback, and coaching integrations

HR Process Centralization & Job Architecture (JPB)

• Lead HR process centralization initiatives — standardize talent processes across geographies and business units
• Build and maintain Job Profile Builder (JPB) — job families, job roles, position grades, and competency libraries
