Role Type: Contract/Per/Fixed Term --- Japanese fluency is mandatory, Functional, BA/BPO position for Japanese Payroll Lead. Freelance, remote, JPN working time, 6 months + extensions, ASAP start 

Start Date: Immediate/1 month/other: --- ASAP 

Salary: Day Rate+expenses/Package: --- Hourly pay, time & material contract

Location/Language: --- Remote, SEA (South East Asia), Japan time zone and Japanese working language. Quarterly travel to Japan. 

Requirements Description: --- 3-4 E2E lifecycle implementation of SAP HCM and SAP SFSF
Japanese language fluency
Immediate availability
Knowledge and expertise within local labour laws

Tasks Description: ---
Advise customer on best approach
Laiaise with stakeholders
Push latest SFSF adoptions
Advise on local labour laws
Advise on legislation and implementation implecations
Analyse and help keep project on time/budget

Essential Skills/Experience Description: ---
Certfied HR professional
Japanese language 
Japanese localizaiton knowledge
Japanese laws/legislation expertise

Desirable Skills/Additional Information Description: ---
Customise or configuring skills are beneficial but not essential
debugging in ABAP is a nice to have
