Summary Description: --- Remote SAP SucessFactors Senior Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery; including, but not limited to: financials, capacity planning, team utilization, and customer satisfaction. This role requires expertise in professional services, project management, financial control, relationship management, and HR/Talent Management.
You must have 8+ years of customer-facing experience in professional services and at least 5 years in project management. Attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills with both customers and consultants across multiple countries is essential.

German native fluency
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
8+ years of international consulting experience in Human Capital Management (HCM).
5+ years of experience managing a professional services team or organization, with responsibility for utilization, capacity planning, and project financials.
4+ years of experience leading SuccessFactors projects (Payroll & Time Management)
Nice to have: exposure to Workforce Scheduling implementation projects (WFM, UKG, Kronos or similar)
Tasks Description: ---
Lead cross-functional, EMEA-wide project or program teams, overseeing the full project lifecycle.
Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery in line with project management methodology and client expectations.
Coordinate diverse teams across EMEA to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Drive completion of all deliverables, including project plans, budgets, testing, implementation, and handover to business-as-usual (BAU).
Manage project scope, schedule, quality, risks, and issues.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, particularly in HR Transformation projects powered by SuccessFactors.
Resource projects effectively from initiation to completion, balancing delivery needs with financial constraints.

A consultant mindset - ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, both client-facing and internal)
Proven track record in project management and participation in steering committees at senior levels within large organizations.
Project Management certification(s) highly valued.
Strong drive to deliver results with minimal supervision.
Excellent skills in communication, presentation, time management, organization, negotiation, and creative problem solving.
Consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals.
Fluency in German, both in written and spoken
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in selling professional services.
