As Team Lead SAP SuccessFactors, you will take ownership of the SuccessFactors team and play a central role in delivering and expanding HR transformation projects. You will work closely with customers — remotely and on-site — advising on the optimization, extension, and continuous improvement of their SAP SuccessFactors landscapes.
In addition to delivery responsibility, you will contribute to practice growth, solution innovation, and selected pre-sales and sales activities.
Leading and developing the SAP SuccessFactors team
Advising and supporting new and existing customers across SAP SuccessFactors implementations
Analyzing, adapting, and further developing HR business processes and systems
Taking partial or full project responsibility within customer engagements
Designing innovative solution approaches and delivering them as part of comprehensive consulting services
Gathering customer requirements and providing professional consulting and training
Creating functional and technical concepts
Preparing and conducting workshops, test phases, and presentations
Supporting the expansion of sales and pre-sales activities
Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementations
At least two SAP SuccessFactors certifications
Hands-on knowledge of at least three SAP SuccessFactors modules
Strong motivation for continuous learning and professional development
Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written)
