We are looking for a French speaking SAP Training Consultant to join a transformation program for our client.

Assignment duration: 7.1.2026-31.12.2026 (with possibility for extension)

Location: 1) France 2) Italy 3) Spain, Portugal, Central Europe. (Consultants from other countries are considered if there is flexibility to travel, especially in beginning of program)

Travel requirements: Flexible to travel according to Program needs (mainly in / to France). Basic travel cost is covered by client.

Language: English and French, both written and spoken

Job description:

Reporting to the Head of Change Methodology & Tools and Training Lead; and working closely with the training suppliers, and the Program Change, Engagement and Technical Teams, the consultant should plan and deliver SAP user training sessions.

- Training need analysis

- Training module development

- Training material development (f2f classroom, virtual classroom, e-learning, SAP Enable Now)

- Training system landscape

- Delivery of Train-the-Trainer training methods & skills session (for Supplier Trainers, Business Supporting Trainers, Global Key Users, Local Key Users)

- Delivery of SAP training sessions (f2f classroom, virtual classroom)

- Training feedback collection & assessment

- + Support in Training engagement and communication activities

Required skills:

- Strong experience in managing and coordinating training activities on complex business process and system transformation programs

- Strong experience in managing and coordinating large, parallel training programs

- Excellent communication skills – both orally and written

- Excellent practical stakeholder management skills – both internal and external stakeholders including suppliers

- Independent and accountable working style
