(Senior) Manager SAP HCM (m/f/d)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM professional to support clients in the digital transformation of their HR processes. In this role, you will design and deliver innovative SAP HCM and HRIS solutions, working closely with both business and IT stakeholders to modernise and optimise HR landscapes.

This position offers a strong mix of project delivery, strategic advisory, leadership, and pre-sales responsibilities within a growing consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP HCM projects for both internal and external clients
• Advise on and implement solutions across:
  • Personnel Administration (PA)
  • Time Management (PT)
  • Payroll (optional / depending on scope)
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to integrate SAP HCM into existing system landscapes
• Develop HRIS strategies and transformation roadmaps for clients
• Design and support HR transformation initiatives, including:
  • SAP HCM to SAP S/4HANA transitions
  • SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Lead and mentor consultants and project team members
• Drive pre-sales activities, including client engagement and solution positioning
• Contribute to business development and client acquisition initiatives
• Act as a key driver in shaping and further developing the SAP HCM practice

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting or implementation
• Strong functional expertise in SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT; payroll knowledge beneficial but not essential)
• Experience with SAP Fiori and/or SAP S/4HANA transformation projects is highly desirable
• Proven experience in HR IT strategy, solution design, and implementation
• Strong client-facing skills with established SAP HCM network
• Experience leading teams or managing project streams
• Proactive mindset with a strong interest in innovation and continuous improvement
• Confident in pre-sales and customer acquisition activities
