Our client is a specialised German SAP consultancy with over 20 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAP SuccessFactors.
They support organisations across industries in transforming their HR landscapes through process optimisation, system integration, and cloud-based HR solutions.

As a (Senior) Consultant or Manager SAP SuccessFactors, you will play a key role in advising, implementing, and optimising HR-IT landscapes for clients.
Depending on your experience, you will either take ownership of projects and sub-projects or lead end-to-end implementations, guiding both clients and colleagues in shaping the future of digital HR management.
Act as the interface between HR and IT, supporting clients in their digital HR transformation.
Lead or contribute to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects across modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Time Management.
Conduct requirements analyses, design solutions, and ensure optimal system configuration and integration.
Provide strategic advice on HR digitalisation, cloud transformation, and process optimisation.
Conduct and moderate customer workshops and training sessions.
Coach and mentor junior consultants, fostering professional growth within the team.
Drive internal initiatives and innovation to strengthen the company’s HR technology practice.
Provide ongoing client support post-go-live, ensuring continuous improvement with the latest HR trends and functionalities.
2–6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (depending on level).
Certification in one or more modules, ideally Employee Central.
Solid understanding of HR business processes and digital HR strategies.
Proven project management or leadership experience within consulting or enterprise environments (for Manager level).
Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal teams.
Highly motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
Fluent German and strong English skills required.
