About the Role:
My client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead solution design and delivery across multiple ServiceNow domains. You’ll play a key role in defining architecture standards, designing custom applications, and ensuring successful implementations aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and technical direction of ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable designs.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform governance standards.
• Support integration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow capabilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience
• Proven expertise in Custom App Development and CSM (Customer Service Management).
• French fluency essential
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and integration patterns.
• ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification required.
• CTA (Certified Technical Architect) is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience with ITSM or HRSD modules is a bonus.
