Location: Utrecht, Netherlands (2–3 days on-site, remainder remote)

Language: Dutch (fluent) – Essential
Clearance: Eligible for Dutch security clearance

Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer (contract) to support ongoing development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. You’ll work on ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM modules, develop scripts and interfaces, and ensure solutions meet both business and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM modules.

• Develop client scripts, business rules, and workflows.

• Build and maintain integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, API).

• Ensure data quality and alignment with CSDM and CMDB standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

• Strong JavaScript/Glide scripting and workflow automation skills.

• Proven experience with ITSM, CMDB, CSDM.

• Hands-on experience developing interfaces and integrations.

• Fluent Dutch (spoken & written) – required for clearance.

• Must be a Dutch national or eligible for Dutch government clearance.

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD).

• Experience with FSM (Field Service Management).

• Background in Agile environments.
