Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (CSM / FSO)
Contract Type: Freelance (Remote)
Duration: 12 months

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Financial Services Operations (FSO) to lead solution design and delivery for a large-scale transformation programme. This is a fully remote, 12-month freelance contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across CSM and FSO modules
• Lead design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Define platform architecture, data models, integrations, and best practices
• Provide technical leadership to developers and ensure quality of deliverables
• Oversee integrations with third-party systems (APIs, middleware)
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect (5+ years on platform)
• Deep expertise in CSM and FSO modules
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, integration hubs)
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-CSM; FSO preferred)
• Experience working in regulated environments (financial services preferred)
