Technical Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager / Project Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, technically minded project delivery professional to help drive the successful execution of complex technology initiatives. In this role, you'll partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deliver software projects from inception through production.

You'll serve as the central point of coordination across multiple teams, ensuring projects remain on schedule, risks are proactively managed, dependencies are addressed, and communication is clear throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the successful delivery of technology projects from kickoff through production.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and remove blockers.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional planning activities.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate work across multiple engineering teams while ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery timelines.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and product leaders to balance technical constraints with business objectives.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
  • Drive continuous improvement by refining delivery processes, project visibility, and team collaboration.
  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Delivery Management, Program Management, or Project Coordination within a software development environment.
  • Experience leading Agile software delivery using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and proactively drive solutions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting cloud-native applications, distributed systems, APIs, or microservices.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Background in payments, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
