We are looking to engage an experienced D365 Migration Consultant to support the data migration workstream from SAP to D365 implementation for a client  based in the charity industry based in over 50 countries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full-cycle data migration from SAP ECC to Dynamics 365 F&O
• Analyze legacy SAP data models and define mapping logic to D365 entities
• Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading processes using tools such as DMF, Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft, or equivalent
• Work with business users and subject matter experts to cleanse and validate legacy data
• Coordinate test cycles including SIT and UAT, focusing on data accuracy and business continuity
• Support reconciliation efforts before, during, and after cutover
• Document data migration logic, assumptions, and load procedures for internal use and audit
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, implementation partners, and program leads

Required Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in ERP data migration, with proven delivery of at least one SAP to Dynamics 365 migration
• Solid understanding of SAP ECC data models, particularly in finance and supply chain modules
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including Data Management Framework (DMF), data entities, and data packages
• Experience using ETL tools such as KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or similar
• Confident working with large data volumes, structured testing, and stakeholder reviews
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver within a structured project environment
• Comfortable working onsite within North Rhine-Westphalia
