EPAM – HRIS BA

Summary Description: 

We’re working with a fast-growing technology company in Sunnyvale that is looking to bring on a Senior HRIS Business Analyst to support ongoing HR systems initiatives. This role will sit at the intersection of HR, IT, and product teams—translating business requirements into technical solutions and helping optimize the HR technology landscape.

Salary: $40-55/hour

Requirements Description:

  • 6+ years of Business Analyst experience, with a focus on HRIS or HR technology

  • Experience working with Workday or similar HR systems

  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams, including offshore teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience supporting UAT, system enhancements, and HRIS implementations

Tasks Description: 

  • Partner with HR stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements related to HR systems and processes

  • Translate functional requirements into detailed specifications for technical and engineering teams

  • Support configuration, testing, and implementation of HRIS enhancements and new features

  • Act as the liaison between HR, product, engineering, and QA teams

  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful deployment of system changes

  • Analyze HR data and workflows to identify opportunities for process and system improvements

  • Create documentation including process flows, requirement documents, and training materials
