I’m looking for an M365 User Experience / Change & Adoption Specialist to support a Microsoft 365 roadmap programme.

This is a remote contract role focused on improving adoption, user experience and continuous improvement across the Microsoft 365 suite.

Role focus:

M365 adoption and change management

User experience analysis and improvement

Stakeholder engagement across business and IT teams

Communications, training and rollout support

Usage monitoring, feedback and reporting

Requirements gathering and user acceptance testing

Supporting continuous improvement of M365 services

Key experience:

Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot and Power Platform

Change management and project management experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good documentation, reporting and presentation skills

Understanding of document and information management

Experience with business analysis, testing or user requirements would be beneficial

Contract: 15 July 2026 to 31 December 2026
