Role Overview:
We are looking for a ServiceNow SPM Functional Consultant to lead the functional design and implementation of Strategic Portfolio Management solutions. This role focuses on translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow capabilities while working closely with US-based stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SPM (Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management)
• Design end-to-end SPM processes aligned with business objectives and best practices
• Configure out-of-the-box functionality with minimal customization
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process mapping sessions
• Define reporting requirements, dashboards, and KPIs
• Support UAT planning, execution, and user training
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM from a functional perspective
• Proven track record in business analysis and process design
• Solid understanding of project portfolio management and governance frameworks
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in remote settings

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-PPM/SPM)
