Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow IRM Developer to join a major enterprise ServiceNow programme. The role will focus on the development, configuration, and optimisation of the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules within the ServiceNow platform.

You will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable IRM solutions, working closely with architects, platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes across governance, risk, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure solutions within ServiceNow IRM.

• Implement and customise modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.

• Develop workflows, business rules, scripts, integrations, and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

• Collaborate with architects and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Support platform best practices, including scalable development and maintainable architecture.

• Participate in testing, deployments, and platform optimisation activities.

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams where required.
