ServiceNow Developer HAM - 100% Remote - India/South America

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with HAM experience to support a global manufacturing client from Mexico, South America or India.
You will need to support US time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions to automate hardware asset lifecycle processes
• Design and implement HAM-centric automation (lifecycle orchestration, EOL/EOS logic, compliance validation, exception handling)
• Build and support integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub) across asset, vendor, and downstream systems
• Improve data quality and integrity across hardware asset lifecycles
• Apply ServiceNow best practices (performance, security, upgradeability, UX)
• Troubleshoot complex platform, scoped app, and integration issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive delivery and resolve blockers

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience with scoped applications, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and App Engine Studio
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API
• Extensive experience configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, Script Includes, Workflows, ACLs
• Strong hands-on experience with Hardware Asset Management (ITAM / HAM Pro)
• Experience with platform upgrades, clone management, and impact on scoped apps
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to work independently

Preferred

• CIS and/or CAD certifications
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or OT modules
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP or SAP Ariba
